I’m Selina, the person behind the camera and behind this business.I’ve loved photography since I was a child. Long before it was ever a business, it was just the thing I did, everywhere I went. I’ve carried a camera through Europe, Mexico, and all across the US, chasing whatever caught my eye: the way light shifts at 6pm, the split second before someone laughs.

Then I lost my mom to cancer. I have so many photos of her, because I’ve always been the one taking pictures. And I still wish I had more. That’s the truth nobody tells you: you can never have too many. A photo taken in a single second holds a memory you get to keep for the rest of your life.

That’s why I launched this business. Not because I discovered photography when she died, but because I finally understood what it’s for.

I specialize in photographing weddings, micro weddings/elopements, engagements, families, couples, maternity sessions, and various other events in San Diego and throughout Southern California. My sessions are relaxed and unhurried because I’m not here to pose you. However, if you need my help, I’m here. Instead, I’m here to observe you and capture genuine moments.
